White fir oil promotes freer and easier breathing. Dermatologically tested. APPLICATION & PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS NDUNG Cold balm: For bronchitis and congested nose, add 5-10 drops to a perfume-free cream, stir and massage to the breast up to three times a day.

Then cover with a warm cotton cloth. To enhance the effect, apply a few drops directly to the breast and massage in until the product is completely absorbed.

When the envelope becomes warm or dries, re-moisten and hang on. Solution for inhalations: depending on the desired intensity, add 10-20 drops to a small pot of boiling water, cover the head with a towel and inhale the vapours. For room scenting, add 6-7 drops to 300 ml of water in the radiator humidifier. Alternatively, 2-3 drops can be added to a handkerchief in order to inhale the soothing vapors.
