RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction matters to us. That is why we make it easy for you to return products.

RETURN PERIOD
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt.

CONDITION OF GOODS
Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please include a receipt or order confirmation with your return.

REFUND
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we refund the purchase price via the original payment method.

Please note: For damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, we bear all costs (return shipping and resending) and refund any shipping costs you paid. In all other cases, shipping costs are refunded only if your order has not yet been shipped; once it has been shipped, they are not refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly – in that case we cover the costs of return shipping and resending.
