Where do you deliver?

I deliver within Switzerland only.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 6–8 working days. In December, delivery can take 7–12 working days due to the higher order volume before Christmas.

How much is shipping?

For orders under CHF 120, shipping costs CHF 9.00. Shipping is free on orders from CHF 120. Sample sets always ship free of charge.

What does “30% essence” mean?

Chogan perfumes contain 30% perfume essence. This high concentration gives an intense presence and long-lasting wear on the skin.

Can I try a fragrance first?

Yes. In the sample sets you choose perfume samples of 3 ml each: 3 samples CHF 6.00, 6 samples CHF 12.00, 10 samples CHF 20.00 (CHF 2.00 per sample). Room-fragrance samples of 3 ml: 3 for CHF 7.50, 6 for CHF 15.00, 10 for CHF 25.00 (CHF 2.50 per sample). Mythologik fragrances are available as single samples for CHF 3.00. Samples ship free anywhere in Switzerland.

Can I return my order?

Yes, unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me first at support@haimi.ch. Once the items have been received and checked, I refund the purchase price via the original payment method. Full details are in the refund policy

Are shipping costs refunded?

For damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, I bear all costs (return shipping and resending) and refund any shipping costs you paid. In all other cases, shipping costs are refunded only if your order has not yet been shipped; once it has been shipped, they are not refunded.
