SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA
We deliver within Switzerland only.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery usually takes 6–8 working days from order confirmation.
In December, due to the higher order volume during the Christmas season, delivery may take 7–12 working days.
High order volumes, public holidays or supply shortages may cause delays.
If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email straight away.

SHIPPING COSTS
For orders under CHF 120, shipping costs CHF 9.00.
Shipping is free on orders from CHF 120.
Sample sets always ship free of charge.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

CARRIERS
We work with reliable partners such as Swiss Post (Post CH) and other carriers to deliver your order safely and quickly.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES
If not all ordered products are available immediately, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. This does not result in any additional shipping costs for you.

REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS
For damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, we bear all costs (return shipping and resending) and refund any shipping costs you paid. In all other cases, shipping costs are refunded only if your order has not yet been shipped; once it has been shipped, they are not refunded.
